		<description><![CDATA[We had the privilege of meeting Floyd McClelland and Robert Schuder while looking completely lost on the streets of Dallas.  not only did these to safety officers show us the correct way to go, but they provided us with a map that was much better than the one we were using.  Dallas is well represented by these most courteous men.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[I have worked downtown for the last 7 years and have never seen this much energy and excitement here. Part of me mourns that &quot;the secret&#039;s out&quot; about how cool downtown is, but I&#039;ve always known that the march towards critical mass (that 12,000-resident benchmark you mention) cannot come soon enough.

Please do everything in your power to accelerate the construction of the next 2,000 residential units. As new units come in, the older units will become more affordable and downtown living will be easily achievable to everyone. Population will boom, and everyday retail will follow.

I can even see the downtown population reaching 25,000 residents by 2025.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[while visiting downtown Dallas my party was lost.  on a nearby corner were three bicycle policemen.  they helped us find where we were and guided us to the points of interest we were looking for.  they gave us a map which helped very much.  we are from a very small town in Illinois and with the policemen there i felt safe and secure.  thank you policemen.  their badge numbers are 3,17 and 11.]]></description>
